Apartment Nidus 1, Lech, Austria

The Nidus Residence is a new build near the centre of Lech and is ideal for a family or small group of friends. It has a prime location only 200 metres from the nearest chairlift (the Schlosskopf lift) – taking you up to one of Europe’s largest ski areas. This is one of the five apartments in the development and sleeps up to six guests in three bedrooms (a master bedroom, a double, and a bunk bedroom). All bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a bath and shower, and there is an additional wc for guests.

With a minimalist and contemporary state-of-the-art design, the apartment is bright and spacious, creating a stress-free atmosphere. The design is modern throughout and is finished with natural Alpine wood and beautiful furnishings.

The internal area of the apartment covers a total of 90 square metres. The open-plan living area is vibrant and spacious, easily accommodating six people around the large wooden dining table. The master bedroom is full of light and leads straight onto the terrace.

If taken on a fully catered basis, guests are served by their host directly in the comfort of their apartment. A dedicated chef works out of the professional kitchen in the Nidus Residence.
