Chalet Michaelis is a charming, privately owned property set in prime position within Oberlech. Now in the third generation of ownership it has arrived on the rental market for the first time in over 70 years.

The original chalet dates back to the 1950's but the current brother and sister owners have recently overseen a programme of modernisation to appeal to a global clientele. The 'old chalet' charm has very much been retained and of course the same amazing views can be enjoyed from the south facing sun terrace. However, the amenities of the property have been brought up to date.

As well as five individually decorated guest bedrooms there is a Finnish sauna and separate TV room. However, the 25 square metre terrace with its unrivalled views over the resort centre of Lech below is the most memorable feature of this lovely property.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. However, guests should understand that this is an older chalet - the remaining bedrooms are not en-suite but do share four further shower/bathrooms and three guest wc's.

Access to the chalet is via underground tunnel which runs from the main Oberlech parking garage. Guests will be met in the main resort of Lech and their luggage transported to the chalet. Guests will then take the cable car to Oberlech and then from there will be ferried by electric golf buggy via the tunnels to the chalet itself.

The chalet offers true ski in ski out access to the slopes and is located next to the Petersboden Chairlift.

Chalet staff will welcome guests to the property, prepare & serve breakfasts each day, and perform general housekeeping duties
