The Lodge @ 47 combines the Chalet 47 (sleeping 20-24) with the connected Chalet Frieda (sleeping 10). Together they form one large property sleeping up to 34 guests. The Lodge @ 47 is one of the largest and most luxurious of St Anton rental properties currently available on the market. Finished in a modern alpine style with the use of local wood and stone it will be the perfect blend of traditional and contemporary to create a mountain lodge of distinction.

The two properties connect on the lower ground floor spa area, and also at 1st floor level where bedrooms for both properties are located. The main dining room of Chalet 47 can comfortably seat 34 people for group dining, parties, celebrations or indeed for a meeting or presentation.

From its location at the top of Nasserein guests will be able to ski down the 350 metres to the new Nasserein gondola station but may prefer to use the private driver service which operates at set hours morning and afternoon. There is also a ski bus stop outside and the Nasserein gondola is only a 5 minute walk away. In the afternoons guests can ski to within 100 metres of the chalet. The centre of St Anton centre with its fantastic selection of bars and restaurants is only an 8 minute walk away.

There are twelve en-suite bedrooms in the main haus (Chalet 47) and a further five en-suite bedrooms in Chalet Frieda which sits immediately behind the main chalet.

Major works in 2024 included the redevelopment of the spa area (in the lower floor of Chalet 47) now complete with swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, steam, massage rooms, relaxing area and drinks bar. This fabulous development elevates this property into one of the most desirable in St Anton for groups and families alike.
