Chalet Khoton is one of three new luxury chalets to have been built on the Allee des Cerisiers, on the edge of Courchevel Le Praz. The chalet enjoys a privileged location with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Although a six-to-eight-minute flat walk into the centre of the charming village of Le Praz the chalet comes with a driver service to access the lifts in the mornings. Returning the chalet in the afternoon skiers can stop within 30 metres of the chalet (snow conditions permitting) using the Jean Blanc piste (which descends into Le Praz from Courchevel 1850).

Chalet Khoton occupies 4 floors and is arranged around a central staircase. The chalet's chic design includes architectural features of stone and wood panelling as well as spacious living areas. The interior decor has been thought through to the smallest detail, with soft tones and a soothing colour palette. The lower floor is dedicated to a very impressive indoor spa area with indoor swimming pool, Japanese baths, Italian style shower, steam room, massage room, gym, sauna (and Norwegian sauna), massage room and large relaxation area.

The uppermost floor is dedicated to a large, bright and open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room area with fireplace. The two middle floors house the five guest bedrooms.

The chalet comes with daily housekeeping service each morning which includes the preparation and serving of breakfast.
