Luxury Chalet Arctique is set over three separate floors this upper floor apartment is in the ideal position. It is just across the road from the Croisette and just 30 metres from the main lift stations and ski school meeting point.

On the first level is a self contained apartment with a double bedroom (note this room has no window), shower room, open plan kitchen, lounge with large plasma screen and ski & boot room. On the floor above is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a second double bedroom also with en-suite bathroom. On the next floor is a double bunk bedroom (sleeping 4 children) with its own bathroom; a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a double with en-suite shower room. These last two rooms also have balconies. The uppermost floor set in the eaves of the building has a lounge area with wraparound sofa and a dining table that seats 12-14 guests. On this upper floor is a high definition cinema system with surround sound; a DVD player and screen with international channels, and finally a fully equipped open plan kitchen.

The whole floor area comprises 275 square metres.

Courchevel is quite deservedly a world-class resort - it has slopes to suit all standard of skier which are accessed by a very impressive lift system. With gentle runs leading down into the resort centre it is possible to ski back to many hotels and chalets. Courchevel has the most extensive and varied ski area of the whole Trois Vallees with everything from long gentle greens to steep couloirs.

There are some great world class restaurants in Courchevel 1850. Chalets and hotels also give access to excellent shopping and very good apres ski by French standards. Snow reliability is superb all season as most of the valley faces north and the ski schools, of which there are several, are very good as is the popular Village des Enfants situated in the centre of the resort.
