Season 2020-2021: If you book a holiday and it includes a flight then you have booked a package holiday and you are protected by the Package Travel Regulations. These mean that if your accommodation cannot be provided you are either offered an alternative of the same quality, or a cash refund, or the chance to book again at a later date. As we have seen from experience any monetary refund may take a few months to be paid out but in the meantime your money is protected by the ATOL scheme.
Les Arcs Panorama is one of Club Med's newest ski properties, having opened in December 2018. The resort offers some of Club Med's highest standards of accommodation. Within the hotel, there are 354 standard club rooms, 55 deluxe rooms and 24 5-star suites.
There are 3 restaurants, including a buffet restaurant, gourmet restaurant and family-orientated interactive dining experience. There are also 2 bars, with a relaxing drink and snack bar and a more exclusive cocktail bar with wine cellar. The exceptional spa and wellness facilities include a gym, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, hammam steam room, a hair salon, relaxation space and 13 private treatment rooms.
Guests staying in 5-star rooms will also have access to extra facilities including a dedicated reception area and concierge service; outdoor terrace with hot tub, room service breakfast, free champagne from 6pm and a separate ski and boot room.
There is also a full programme of childcare available for babies through to teenagers, including ski tuition from children aged 4 and above.
