The duplex penthouse H21 is situated on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the luxury Falcon residence and boasts a generous surface area of 242 square metres. Ideally designed, it is well-suited to accommodate up to 13 people, with a maximum of 10 adults.

The decor is modern with vaulted ceiling and exposed timber beams, huge L-shaped sofa and a stylish freestanding fireplace.The five bedrooms have the same beautiful finish with antique wood panelling, soft blankets and sleek en suite bathrooms rooms. Two of the bedrooms have double beds with en suite facilities and there are three rooms which can be made up as triple rooms with pull-out beds. There are a total of 4 bathrooms.

There are a lot of facilities that guests staying here have access to; shared use of the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, wellness spa with massage and treatments, reception, concierge, shuttle service and underground parking. Guests can also get their skis as soon as they arrive from the in-house ski hire shop. The apartment itself has a wine cellar, 2 terraces with one having the outdoor hot tub, sauna and billiards table.
