Upon entering the property on the ground floor, there is a heated ski/boot room, a cloakroom and a lift serving all four floors. The majority of Chalet Kalinka’s luxury amenities are located here, including an indulgent spa with a cold water plunge pool, sauna, hammam and indoor swimming pool. These lavish facilities extend to the lower ground floor, where you will discover a massage room and an entertainment room featuring a bar and a wrap-around sofa facing a projector screen TV.

The main living area is located on the top floor of the property. This open-plan space includes a modern kitchen with a central island, a dining table and a cosy sitting area centred around a wood-burning fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors flood allow plenty of natural light and open onto a spacious balcony, offering breathtaking views of the resort. For added entertainment, there is a wine cellar and a billiards table.

Also on the top floor is the master bedroom, with its freestanding bathtub, private balcony, dressing room and en-suite shower room. The remaining four double bedrooms are located on the first floor, each elegantly designed with en-suite shower rooms.
