Chalet Kalinka, Meribel, France

Chalet Kalinka in Meribel is an exciting new redevelopment of an iconic old Savoyarde barn positioned at the entrance to the main resort. With approximately 580 square metres of internal space this luxury property now offers seven principal guest bedrooms for 14 adults plus a children's room which can accommodate up to five extra small guests. Two of the bedrooms are in the separate annex which also has a kitchen, sitting and dining area - useful for a family or two couples wanting to have their own extra space.

The chalet has an exclusive spa on the ground floor with small swimming pool (with swim current), steam room, sauna and cold bath. The lower floor offers the massage room and a separate games room with table football XXL (up to 8 players), cinema screen, dance floor and bar. On the first floor are five of the bedrooms and on the upper most level is the main communal living area with large south facing windows, a fully fitted kitchen, large dining area, central wood burning fire place and also the master double bedroom with office space.

All the main bedrooms offer en-suite shower rooms with double basins and wc. The children's 'Dortoir' bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with bath, shower and wc. A disabled guest in a wheelchair can be welcomed at Chalet Kalinka. Room 3 in the main chalet building is especially equipped with a wide 90cm door, plus accessible sink and shower. All floors are accessible via lift. 

The chalet staff are on hand to offer a pre-arrival and during stay concierge service as well as daily preparation of breakfast, afternoon tea and an on-call driver service in an 9-seater minivan. This operates all day in and around the resort of Meribel. Evening dinners are not provided so guests can either cook in the chalet, eat out or book a private chef. There are plenty of restaurant options and your concierge service can arrange any reservations you may need.

The chalet has been fitted out to a high standard by its new French owners and is operated as an owner/managed property. Attention to detail is second to none and the staff in resort are dedicated to you (the driver service is not shared with other properties for example).
