Season 2020-2021: If you book a holiday and it includes a flight then you have booked a package holiday and you are protected by the Package Travel Regulations. These mean that if your accommodation cannot be provided you are either offered an alternative of the same quality, or a cash refund, or the chance to book again at a later date. As we have seen from experience any monetary refund may take a few months to be paid out but in the meantime your money is protected by the ATOL scheme.
Chalet d'Espoir in Morzine offers six spacious bedrooms it comfortably sleeps 12 guests and the large open plan sitting and dining room on the middle floor offers plenty of relaxation space. On the lower floor are two of the bedrooms as well as a dedicated cinema room and bunk room. The top floor of the chalet offers two further guest bedrooms and a master bedroom suite with a shower, bath and dressing room.
The large terrace which can be accessed from the sitting room gives lovely far reaching southerly views across the valley towards the resort of Morzine. On the terrace there is a hot tub - the perfect place for some post ski relaxation.
Guests can expect a high level of service from a team of hospitality professionals. Cooking will be to a high standard and there are also the services of chalet hosts and a driver.
