Chalet Harmonie, Morzine, France

Chalet Harmonie is one half of a new chalet development (completed 2020) that is located in the very heart of Morzine resort centre. With the large Carrefour supermarket virtually on your doorstep, along with a wide array of shops, bars and restaurants this bright, chic and comfortably furnished property is a real crowd pleaser.

All five guest bedrooms are well proportioned and furnished. Four have en-suite shower and wc, and the fifth bedroom on the top floor offers an extra single bed and has an en-suite bathroom. Room 2 also has an extra single bed which makes the maximum occupancy of this property 12 guests.

Downstairs on the lowest floor is a dedicated cinema room but the main focus, as it should be in a chalet, is the welcoming main communal kitchen, dining and sitting room space. The decor is sophisticated, and unbelievably comfortable with a chic, minimalist interior design style. Bold coloured velvet sofas stand out against the dark matt kitchen colour; and large windows allow plenty of light. The chalet's crisp design is Scandinavian in feel but the distinctive wooden architecture is also undeniably alpine.

A ground-source heating system keeps the interior of the chalet warm and cosy, even the coldest of winter evenings, and low-emission LED lights create ambient lighting throughout the entire chalet.

Outside on the east facing terrace there is a bubbling hot tub to enjoy with a cool glass of fizz. Admire the magnificent views of Morzine and the mountains beyond.

Chalet Harmonie can be booked with next door Chalet Melodie to accommodate groups of up to 25 guests.
