Chalet Xanadu, Morzine, France

Chalet Xanadu in Morzine was completed in 2022 and offers superb accommodation for extended family groups. The large upper floor open plan living room has fantastic views over the Pointe de Nyon and the Pleney pistes and the wrap-around balcony catches all the afternoon sun. The large deck has an outdoor hot tub with the same great views and inside there is a sauna and separate TV room.

There are six main en-suite bedrooms (three of which can be configured as either twin or double) including a children's quad double bed bunk room. There is also an upper floor 'den' for a further two smaller guests to use taking the maximum occupancy to 20 guests.

Your team of staff/hosts will lay the huge fireplace each afternoon and serve you drinks and canapés before dinner. Your professional chef will create a fine-dining menu for the week, taking into account any special requests for children's meals or special dietary needs. The 24-hour driver service is also be included, so your group can get around the resorts of Morzine and Les Gets with consummate ease.

The guest bedrooms are split over three floors. The bedroom on floor 5 has incredible views over the Nyon peaks and a big balcony, so why not can enjoy a morning coffee overlooking the mountains? The en-suite bathroom also has a beautiful freestanding egg-shaped tub for that extra layer of opulence. Three more bedrooms are on floor 3 and each one has access to a big shared balcony with fantastic views of Mont Chery, Pleney and Roc d'Enfer. The 3rd floor also has a wellness area with a large indoor sauna and shower and leads outside to the hot tub.

The large master bedroom suite is on Floor 2 and this has direct access to a big deck area with outdoor furniture. Next to the master suite is the quad bunkroom with four double beds. This has a big bathroom with a bath, double sinks (one set lower for children) and a shower with a seat.

On the top floor of the chalet is a secret 'den' which can be used for two extra child beds. The prices shown are based on 14 people taking the chalet with the quad bunk room occupied by four people. However, this room has 4 x double beds so can be used as a children's dormitory with as many as 8 people in this room.
