Zems Lodge in Morzine is a truly unique property both in architecture and interior, unlike any other chalet in our portfolio. Zems Lodge curves on a horizontal plane whilst nestling into the hillside overlooking Morzine. This makes for some stunning views accessible from most of the rooms within the property. The location is more than ideal as you can access the lively alpine town of Morzine in just a few minutes on foot, and the Super Morzine gondola station is close to the chalet.

Zems Lodge boasts a spacious setting across 5 floors, each furnished in high-end luxury with creative touches by renowned designers Shep & Kyles but keeping personal influences from the Anglo-French owners adding a careful refinement. There is a real vibrancy exuding from the soft furnishings, textured fabrics and use of colour, the owners were keen to not create another 'cookie cutter' chalet. Paired with the understated class of Shep & Kyles trademarks such as freestanding nickel baths and Bocci lighting, this chalet is a carefully curated statement piece.

The chalet comfortably sleeps 8 adults and up to 6 children across four main bedrooms and two additional triple bunk bedrooms. As a spacious chalet, offering more than 500 square metres in total, the space has been divided into several more intimate zones, helping to create a comfortable and cosy atmosphere where smaller groups can spend time without feeling overwhelmed by the size of the property.

As well as the main open plan living, dining and sitting areas, there is a separate bar area with a pool table and TV snug. For a deeper dive into some screen time, a separate cinema room can be found on the first floor.

You cannot call a chalet 'luxurious' unless it is home to some serious spa facilities, which of course you will find at Zems Lodge. Upon entry to the spa area a relaxation room leads to the main terrace where a large full tiled swim spa Jacuzzi sits taking in the views. The perfect place to unwind after a day full of adventure. Adjacent is a glass-fronted sauna. A dedicated treatment room sits on the ground floor with in-house treatments supplied by Bamford.
