Apartment Choucas 416, Val d'Isere, France

Chalet 416 Choucas is a 4th floor duplex apartment in the heart of Val d'Isere. Renovations were completed in 2018 when this property was merged with the next door apartment to create a luxurious and modern alpine apartment in the centre of Val d'Isere. There are three guest main bedrooms and master bedroom with a Japanese soak style bath and access to the steam room.

Bedroom 2 is a family room with double bedroom and a sliding door leading to a separate sleeping area with bunk beds - ideal for children. There is no en-suite facilities for this family room but there is a private wc opposite the room and guests using this bedroom have access to the shower room that is part of the steam room spa area.

There are balconies on both floors of the apartment and a wood burning fireplace in the large sitting room. With underground car parking, Wi-Fi and laundry facilities this is a highly desirable family property.

The pistes are just a short walk away and the attraction of Val d'Isere centre with its huge array of shops and bars is on your doorstep. However, noise is never an issue as the apartment building is set away from the main street of the resort. This is the only Choucas property to have a fireplace and being on the top 4th floor of the building (there is an elevator to access this floor from the ground floor entrance) the apartment benefits from high ceilings throughout. Situated in the centre of Val d'Isere yet set back from the main high street. All the advantages and none of the disadvantages.
