The Chalet Markhor (replacing the former Danaides apartment residence) in Val d'Isere is a large, landmark property offering guests 580 square metres of alpine luxury. The location of this prestigious chalet cannot be bettered as the traditional, pedestrianised old village of Val d'Isere is 50 metres away in one direction, and the nursery slopes, main lifts and ski school meeting points are 50 metres away in the other.

Chalet Markhor features top-of-the-range materials and amenities for exceptional levels of guest comfort. A massive main living and dining space occupies the entire top floor, and the terraces offer views of both the Bellevarde and Solaise Mountains.

There is a master double bedroom, a quad bunk room for children or teenagers, and a further four guest bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. The wellness spa area offers swimming pool, steam room, sauna, gym (with rower, treadmill and static bike) and relaxation/bar area. On the lowest level of the chalet is a dedicated cinema room which adults and children alike will enjoy.
