Season 2020-2021: If you book a holiday and it includes a flight then you have booked a package holiday and you are protected by the Package Travel Regulations. These mean that if your accommodation cannot be provided you are either offered an alternative of the same quality, or a cash refund, or the chance to book again at a later date. As we have seen from experience any monetary refund may take a few months to be paid out but in the meantime your money is protected by the ATOL scheme.
Chalet Ottawa is a 450 square metre luxury property within the Les Carats area of resort. Positioned on the edge of the famous Le Face slope this prestigious chalet has superb views over the centre of Val d'Isere and towards the Solaise Mountain.
The chalet benefits from large south and west facing windows that flood the property with sparkling mountain light. The enormous double living room with fireplace opens on to a terrace with truly spectacular views.
There are five comfortable guest bedrooms and the master double also have an adjoining quad bunk room, ideal for extra child guests.
The spa is a thing of beauty with an indoor swimming pool, steam room, massage room, Italian style shower and relaxation area. There is also a private large screen cinema room with sound system - perfect for those bad weather days when you just want to curl up on a sofa to enjoy a good film.
