Chalet Cesa Del Louf, Arabba, Italy

The Cesa del Louf, situated on the snowy slopes above Arabba (at 1,700m altitude), is the result of a painstaking redevelopment of an ancient chalet. No expense has been spared to create this wonderful mountain property set within the dramatic Dolomiti landscape. Whether you book this chalet for summer or for winter guests will find this chalet offers peace, relaxation and extreme comfort.

The spa area is far beyond your average chalet spa. Well over 120 square metres has been dedicated to your well-being. There is a small pool with swim jet (suitable for all grades of swimmer), hammam, sauna, Jacuzzi, sensory shower and a serene relaxation area. New for summer 2025 is a luxury outdoor hot tub. If you would like to indulge in extra massage or beauty treatments the staff will be happy to arrange this for you.

Staff live in and are there to offer chalet hosting, daily housekeeping and help during your stay in Arabba. There are 5 principle guest bedrooms with en-suite facilities and four of these have extra beds for children (either on mezzanine areas or in a sitting room area on a sofa bed). New for 2025 is the addition of the 'Bee House' which is a cosy mountain hut with small bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

The Cesa de Louf is made up of three interconnected buildings: The Maso (547 square metres), the Masetto (280 square metres), the Baitina (80 square metres) and the Bee House (10 square metres). The 7 bedrooms sleep 14 adult guests (15 if you include the Bee House) but an extra 11 beds can be used for larger parties up to 26 people.

The concept of the project is to create a luxury home set within an authentic mountain environment. The property reproduces local architecture and combined with modern comforts to make an exclusive environment, stripped of all modern fictions, sober, minimalist and surrounded by the quiet of nature. The local wildlife includes: foxes, roe deer, deer, hares and marmots.

A 700 metre gravel road connects the property with the resort village of Arabba below. This is navigable in the winter by the driver service (if the road cannot be used there is a private snow-cat to transport guests). There is also a garage with parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Note: Prices are based on 20 guests taking the two larger accommodation sections (Maso and Masetto) and using the 5 x suites to maximum occupancy. We can provide a reduced price for booking just the Maso on its own (sleeping a maximum of 14 guests), or a supplement for up to 26 guests (using all the extra beds, mezzanine area and the Bee House).
