Chalet Bear is one of the last remaining luxury log chalets in Klosters, with sensational views across the valley. Lovingly restored in 2005 it now provides every modern convenience within its traditional Swiss Alpine chalet structure and offers 285 square metres of living space. Chalet Bear is within walking distance of the lifts and centre of the village. It sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. All the rooms have been beautifully decorated to provide a luxurious environment, fully in keeping with the warm character of this exceptional Alpine home.

There is a new kitchen and large dining room area on the ground floor which comfortably seats 16 people in front of a large open fireplace. It's a delightful environment for either long social dinners or easy family suppers. There is also a lobby to accommodate ski gear and an outdoor terrace that runs the whole width of the house.

The main sitting room has a large, open, wood-burning fireplace. It is classically and very comfortably furnished providing a welcoming and peaceful atmosphere. Views from all sides are superb. Adjoining it is a fully equipped TV/audio/study room, which can also be used as an extension to the sitting room area when entertaining. There is also a small bar room with a sink, dishwasher, fridge and glass storage.

The bedrooms are wood panelled, creating a warm and cosy atmosphere, and the top floor bedroom comprises a larger en-suite double bedroom with a bath/shower. The exposed beam ceilings and an open fire give the room a very special atmosphere. The bathrooms are state of the art with under-floor heating and large baths.

Chalet Bear is not a typical holiday let. It is an exceptional property and one of the best in Klosters. It is pristine and is perfect for anyone looking for a cosy and high quality home from home.
